SCOPE OF TRAINING

 

We do not present you any detailed training programs from the area of sales. That is because we prepare them for individual needs, we mainly focus on  meeting the expectations of our Customers. We act in two ways, depending on  the kind of application:

 

  • We get familiar with expectations of the Company that is wishes to train its woorkers, but we are also talk with specific candidate. We need to know wich goal we should jointly achieve. We analyze:
    - At what stage of development the employees are?
    - What is t that they know, what their needs are, and what they should learn in the first place?
    - What they do  well, and what is difficult for them?
    - Which stages of client service brings them satisfaction, because of its smooth flow and successful realization, and where they encounter obstacles?
    - What they need to work out and learn?
  • In case of individual application for an open training, we  select groups  of similar level of knowledge, experience, so there are no teams, in which people have radically different levels of experience.

HOW DO WE PROJECT TRAINING?

 

We begin training preparation from getting to know the members’ level. If they just begin their experience with sales, we develop the whole track including training modules. But if they are people who need higher level training in a given topic, we construct a program, which will be focused on specific area and will deepen it. The same topic of training, f. ex. “Efficient salesman” will contain different elements depending on experience of a person taking part in it. We will deliver different training for  participant without any sales experience or just beginners gaining customers via phone, and different one when salesman working for several years in his/her profession will declare the need of efficiency increase , to master his/her technique. Having these two people in one group will not guarantee them proper level of training.

 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SUCH AN APPROACH?

 

Members after having finished training constructed in such a way, would feel, that they have achieved new knowledge, that while playing their training roles they have learned something new, they had systematized and organized information they already had. Therefore we tailor individual modules to the needs of training participants.

 

DURATION, GROUPS

 

The offered trainings last one, two or three days. They last for 8 hours per day and concern groups not bigger than 12 people.

 

FOCUSING ON SCOPE OF TRAINING

 

Thematic scope of the training touches the subject of the training all the time., there are NO “artificial breaks”. WE do not introduce any side topics either, diminishing the role of the main one. The main topic is the introduction, the main part and the end. If we think of training in sales – you can be sure we talk only about sales.

 

In our opinion such an approach is the most effective one. All of our training topics sum up to one piece. You just make the decision what topic is the most interesting for you.

It is important for you to know, that is impossible to learn business skills passively, without practical implementation of the aquired information. And although single training is not be sufficient to acquire knowledge that suffices during our whole life, even one day training will bring you closer to your goal achievement. It will allow to gain additional level of initiation, afterwards there will come next steps.

 

After learning hints concerning efficient sales, working on them during exercises, role-playing scenes you will notice, that there are no obvious things. you will be able to implement the knowledge in real life during day-to-day work . After some time you will notice new elements, which will be worth exploring.
